04Liability

Innovageo Software is responsible for the information it has published on its website, provided that this information has not been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.

neobora.ai may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. The cookies used are, in any case, temporary in nature, with the sole purpose of making their subsequent transmission more efficient, and they disappear when the user’s session ends.

From neobora.ai it is possible to be redirected to third-party website content. Since the owner cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it does not assume any liability with respect to said content. In any case, Innovageo Software states that it will proceed to immediately remove any content that could contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order.

05Intellectual and industrial property

neobora.ai, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics are the property of the owner or, where applicable, it has a license or express authorization from the authors. All content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialization requires in all cases the prior written authorization of the owner. 08Obligation to make correct use of the website

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with morality and good customs. To this end, the User will refrain from using the page for illicit or prohibited purposes, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and all kinds of stored content.

• In any way harms the credibility of the owner or of third parties.
• Constitutes illicit, misleading or unfair advertising.

09Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia having jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use, unless another jurisdiction legally applies.
